What is Aries?
Aries is the first sign in the zodiac and Aries have birthdays between March 20th through April 19th. The name originates from its constellation and it’s represented by a ram. Aries is the cardinal fire sign and it’s ruled by Mars.
If your Sun is in Aries, you’re born to lead. You have a very direct energy and like to be one step ahed. You’re also exceptionally independent but are known for being temperamental and flighty.
If your Moon is in Aries, you’re a total firecracker. You’re very fiery when it comes to your emotions and you’re not one to hold back your passion. This often leads to outbursts and when it comes to confrontations, you’re quick to blow your lid.
If your rising is in Aries, you’re a total powerhouse. You have a lot of energy and when people meet you for the first time, they’re often overcome by your intensity. You’re also not afraid to put yourself into new situations and meet new people.
Aries are most compatible with their fellow fire signs, Leo and Sagittarius. There can also be magic when two opposites come together, such as Aries and Gemini or Aries in Libra. They’re typically least compatible with Earth signs, Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn.
Aries will often find success in entrepreneurship. They’re exceptionally independent and are always thinking one step ahead. They also do well in management roles.
