What is Aquarius?
Aquarius is the eleventh sign in the zodiac and Aquarians have birthdays from January 20th to February 18th. The name originates from its constellation and it’s represented by the water bearer. Aquarius is the fixed air sign and it’s ruled by Saturn, as well as Uranus.
If your Sun is in Aquarius, you move to the beat of your own drum. You’re a natural rule breaker and are actively working to progress our world forward. You also strongly value community and lifting up those around you.
If your Moon is in Aquarius, you’re an eccentric thinker. You move and feel outside of the status quo. And like other air signs, you can be a bit detached when it comes to expressing your emotions.
If your Rising is in Aquarius, you’re exceptionally unconventional. You captivate others with your unique point of view and often go against common practices. You’re also exceptionally caring at heart and value the greater good.
Aquarians are most compatible with fellow air signs Gemini and Libra. You can also have magnetic chemistry with spicy fire signs Aries, Leo and Sagittarius. You’re typically least compatible with grounded earth signs Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn.
Aquarians typically find success in humanitarian careers such as social work, environmentalism and political activism. You’re also incredibly innovative, making you a great fit for science, research and academics.
